Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters. If your Secret LabX product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we'll make it right.

Eligibility

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Product must be unopened and in its original packaging, unless damaged on arrival.

Refund process

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-refundable

Opened products (unless defective) and items damaged after delivery are not eligible.
